The structure consists of double rooms, all with air conditioning, mini bar, telephone, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, plug for Internet access and a balcony overlooking the beautiful street Indipendenza and the waters of the Gulf of Gaeta. The services offered in addition to a standard B & B are the use of the panoramic terrace solarium café and a TV room.

After booking confirmation, the following conditions will apply:
35% of the cost of the entire stay is required upon confirmation of booking and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
The balance will be paid at check-out, along with all the extras charged during your stay.
In case of cancellation:
For cancellations notified up to 10 days before arrival, no penalty will be charged and the deposit will be fully returned;
In case of cancellation within less than 10 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the deposit will be fully retained.
For stays of one night or a weekend, for long weekends, Easter, Christmas and mid-August holiday, you may be asked to pay the total cost of your stay.
