By Train
IC trains depart every hour from Rome and Naples to Formia. The travel time is 70 minutes. It is possible to reach the Formia station directly from Milan, Bologna, Florence, Trieste, and Venice without changing trains at Termini.
From the Formia station, you can reach Gaeta by bus, which runs every 15 minutes from 6 AM to 10 PM daily. Get off at the Quartuccio – Porto Salvo stop.

By Car
From the South: Take the A1 motorway, exit at Cassino. Continue on the Cassino – Formia expressway. Once in Formia, proceed towards Gaeta, Porto Salvo – Peschiera area.
From the North: Take the A1 motorway, exit at Frosinone. Continue on the SS 156 Monte Lepini road towards Terracina – Sperlonga – Gaeta (80 km).

By Plane
From Rome Fiumicino: Take the Leonardo Express shuttle to reach Termini Station in 30 minutes.
From Rome Ciampino: Take a bus to the Anagnina Metro Station. From there, take Line A to Roma Termini.
From Naples Capodichino: Take a bus to the Central Railway Station at Piazza Garibaldi.
