Our Property

Welcome, in this page, you will find all the useful information to make the most of your stay. From check-in and check-out times to details about cleaning and linen change services, as well as settings for maximum comfort during your stay. This guide is designed to answer all your questions, providing practical support to make your stay simple, organized, and of high quality. Everything you need to ensure a worry-free experience is available in this section.

How to Reach Us

To reach the property, you need to enter "Piazza Villa delle Sirene" into your GPS. Once there, enter "Via Nettuno 5." The property is located under the arch that connects the square to Via Indipendenza.

Position

Self Check-in

It is possible to check-in remotely. For more information, please contact the staff.

Check-in

Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, while check-out is by 10:30 AM. For luggage storage, please ask the staff.

Parking and Ticket

The property does NOT have private parking but offers, included in the room price (instead of the €15 daily municipal fee), a ticket valid for all blue lines in the town of Gaeta.

To use the ticket, we need the car's license plate number and model, which should be provided at the time of delivery.

The penalty for using a ticket that has been canceled after reporting it as lost includes: criminal charges for embezzlement and a monetary fine.

Wifi

At check-in, you will be provided with the password.

Breakfast

From 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, a buffet breakfast with both sweet and savory options is available on the terrace. If you have any food intolerances, please feel free to inform the lady in charge of the breakfast.

Linen Service

As per regional regulations:
Towel change every 2 days
Sheet change every 3 days

Cleaning Service

Daily cleaning will be carried out from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Air Conditioning

The air conditioning is adjustable independently via the thermostat in the room. In summer, it is set to cooling mode, and in winter, to heating mode.

Light Activation

To activate the electrical circuit, place the key on the small shelf near the room entrance. A green light indicates the circuit is active, while a red light means the electrical circuit is inactive.

Tourist Tax

Starting from February 1st, 2024, as per the municipal resolution, the tourist tax for B&Bs has increased to €2.50 per person per day, with a maximum of 10 days.

Note: The tourist tax will be paid at the property during check-out.
