The property consists of double rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, minibar, telephone, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, network plug for internet connection, and a balcony overlooking the beautiful Via Indipendenza and the waters of the Gulf of Gaeta.
The services offered, in addition to the standard bed & breakfast, include the use of the panoramic terrace bar solarium and the TV room.
After the booking confirmation, the following conditions will apply:
A 35% deposit of the total stay cost is required at the time of booking confirmation and can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
The balance will be paid at check-out, along with any extras charged during the stay.
In case of cancellation:
For cancellations notified within 10 days of arrival, no penalty will be charged and the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival or in the case of no-show, the deposit will be fully retained.
For stays of 1 night or weekends, during holidays, Easter, Christmas, and Ferragosto, full payment for the stay may be required.

Check-In: from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (in case of temporary absence, please contact 338 6567 351).
Check-Out: by 11:00 AM.
